Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

OUR DELIVERY TERMS
We aim to deliver products to you at the place of delivery (“Delivery”) requested by you within the time indicated by us at the time of your Order, but we can’t absolutely guarantee firm Delivery dates or times. Delivery options are set out here and here although such information is indicative only.
We will try to let you know if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated Delivery date or time, but, to the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late or delayed delivery. We will aim to leave the Order at the address advised by you at the time of purchase. You must ensure that you are able to take Delivery of the product without undue delay and at any time reasonably specified by us. Our delivery partners may contact you via SMS prior to delivery to provide you with different delivery options, including giving ‘authority to leave’ the item at the address, or have delivery re-routed to a collection point. Alternatively, the courier may leave a card requesting your instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier or a collection point.
By default, you provide authority to leave items at the address specified in your Order. If the delivery driver deems the area unsafe in their discretion, your Order will be redirected to a collection point, redelivered in the next Delivery run (where available) or returned back to our Fulfilment Centre. If Delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept Delivery or if you do not (within two weeks of our first attempt to deliver the product to you) accept Delivery or collect the product from the carrier, then we may (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) do either or both of the following:
(a) charge you for our reasonable storage fees and other costs reasonably incurred by us; or
(b) no longer make the product available for Delivery or collection and notify you that we are cancelling the applicable Contract, in which case you will forfeit any money paid to us.
Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations, nor are we able to offer equivalent delivery options to locations that we do service. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will inform you on the relevant product page, or alternatively use the contact details that you provide to us when you make your Order and arrange for cancellation of the Order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.
Unless otherwise specified by you, all risk in the product shall pass to you upon delivery. If delivery is delayed, risk shall pass at the date when delivery would have occurred. From the time when risk passes to you, we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the product.
You must take care when opening the product so as not to damage it, particularly when using any sharp instruments.
Missing order

Damaged Order
We always package our items to ensure safe delivery, however sometimes couriers don’t take as much care as we would. If this occurs, please take photos of the item ordered and the packaging how it was delivered to the best of your ability.
You can either:
- Seek compensation by taking the item to your local AusPost or
- Please email oi@ozzyanarchy.com with the images of how your order arrived to you and we can look into it further.
- Refunds
When will I receive my refund?
We’ll message you once we receive and process your return at our warehouse. After that, depending on your bank or card issuer the refund may take up to 10 working days to reach your account.
Haven’t heard from us after 21 business days?
If you’ve still not received an email confirming your return after 21 business days and you’ve checked your spam/junk folder please get in touch with our team at oi@ozzyanarchy.com. Make sure you let us know:
- your original order number
- which items you have returned
- any delivery reference numbers (i.e. from a collection service or courier)
