General Questions

1. What is the status of my order? Once your order is placed, it goes through two main stages:

  • Order confirmed: Your order has been successfully received and processed with our print-on-demand supplier. Please allow 7-15 ish days for your order to be printed and delivered.
  • Tracking Number supplied: A tracking number is provided when the order is shipped, allowing you to monitor its delivery progress.

2. Can I change my order? Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate order changes once they have been confirmed. As a print-on-demand service, orders are immediately sent for production after confirmation.

3. Where do you ship? We ship worldwide! We deliver to any location around the globe.

4. How long does it take to ship my order?

  • Express: Approximately 7-15 business days to most metro areas in Australia and 7-20 business days to non-metro areas in Australia with tracked shipping.
  • Sweatshirts (crewnecks & hoodies) and designs with double-sided prints may add an additional 2-5 business days to the production time. Please note that the estimated time includes both production and delivery. Kindly remember that all shipping times are approximate estimates and not guarantees - because we all know what Auspost is like!

 

5. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all payment methods supported by Shopify. This includes a wide range of options for your convenience.

 

Returns

6. Do you accept returns? We accept returns for items that have been damaged in transit or have been misprinted. Please contact us at: oi@ozzyanarchy.com with the details and order number.

7. Can I exchange an item? Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges as we operate as a print-on-demand service. Please make sure to carefully select the items you wish to purchase.

8. Are returns free? Yes, returns are free for items that are unopened or have been damaged or misprinted. Please contact us at: oi@ozzyanarchy.com

9. How long does it take to process a return? Typically, returns are processed within a couple of days after receiving the returned item. We strive to handle returns promptly.

Ethics and sustainability

10. Are We Ethical? Yes, we prioritize ethics and sustainability. Our garments are sourced from AS Colour, a manufacturer known for ethical sourcing from Bangladesh. Feel free to learn more about them on there website. Additionally, as a print-on-demand service, we avoid stocking printed t-shirts unnecessarily, minimising waste and environmental impact. And wasting time having sales to get rid of stock nobody wants!
